Saturday Morning Family Workout
Are you ready to start your weekend right with an energizing routine for the whole family?
If so, then get ready to feel the burn as Coach M. guides you through a series of challenging yet rewarding exercises. Our goal is to provide a fun and encouraging exercise environment that meets most Saturday Mornings, to train and refocus for the week ahead, regardless of your fitness level.

Over the summer, Coach Meadows will be
hosting a mix of cardio, stabilizing, and strength
training exercises to help the who family get their
heart pumping and muscles working. After each
workout Coach will then host a walk/run/race
along a .33 mile course of the Golden Meadows,
before splitting into teams for a fast cooldown game.

1. Warm-up:
